1973: Established the Computer Science Division under the Department of Electronic Engineering

1982: Expanded enrollment in the fall, admitting two classes of new students
1991: Established the Graduate Institute of Computer Science and Information Engineering
1993: Added an Information Engineering division to the Ph.D. program in the Graduate Institute of Electronics
2005: Launched the In-Service Master’s Program in Computer Science and Information Engineering
2015: Introduced the International Master’s Program in Information Technology and Cloud Computing
